The Momc o

A Mom Meeting includes practical teachings through speakers, demonstrations and videos. Plus, dinner is provided each night; dinner you didn't have to make! But more importantly, you'll get to have honest conversations with other moms who understand the joys and frustrations of motherhood.  This is open to all moms/moms to be in our community. Feel welcome and encouraged by other moms at our monthly meetings!  To learn more and see when our next meeting is, keep scrolling.

Upcoming Meeting

November Meeting

Thursday, November 9th | 6-9pm

During our next meeting on Thursday, November 9, we will be talking about Operation Christmas Child and giving an opportunity to everyone to pack a gift for a child around the world.  We are so excited to invite moms to our Mom's Meeting for some dinner, Bible based video & discussion, and an evening activity.  This is a great way for you to meet and hangout with other moms in different seasons of motherhood!  Childcare is provided in the same Church building we are meeting at.  Be sure to let us know if you'll be bringing your kiddos by registering (Registration is not required).

The  Momc o  2023 - 2024

Say Yes

It’s amazing how one little word can change your life. But too often, our ‘yeses’ are reserved for default decisions we aren’t even intentionally making or the stuff we feel obligated to do. What if we started saying ‘yes’ to the important things? Yes, to parenting on purpose. Yes, to significant challenges and out-of-your-comfort-zone opportunities. Yes, to your marriage. Invitations to connect with others? Yes, please. Saying yes opens us up to new ways of thinking and helps cultivate a growth mindset. To clarify, we’re not talking about people-pleasing or over-extending yourself. In fact, it’s the opposite. Developing a ‘yes’ mindset is living intentionally, focused on your goals for yourself and your family. It’s about listening to God’s still, small voice and doing the brave things rather than the easy things.

MOPS Leaders

Julie Thomason

I live with my husband and two beautiful children aged 14 & 10.  Being the wife of a minister and being in ministry for over 15years has uniquely equipped me to share my love for the Lord and my love for other moms.  I may be beyond my diapering years, but that just gives me a wealth of knowledge to pass on and I can't wait to meet you!

Elise Sarver

I am a 25 year old mom to two kids, and a wife to an amazing husband.  I love rock climbing, long boarding, and graphic design.  I have a deep passion of cooking for others and can be a bit socially awkward sometimes.  However, I can't wait to sit down to talk about life and the Bible with you!
