Hebrews 10:24

The Bible has many insightful verses about God’s instruction on how to consider “one another.” You cannot read these verses and not be humbled at how great His love is for us.
  1. We are to share each other’s burdens.
“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ.” - Galatians 6:2

  2. Encourage and build each other up.
“Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” - 1 Thessalonians 5:11

  3. A friend loves at all times.
“A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity.” - Proverbs 17:17

  4. Two are better than one.
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” - Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

  5. Spur one another on toward love and good deeds and encourage meeting one another.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” - Hebrews 10:24-25

  6. Serve one another humbly.
“You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.” - Galatians 5:13

  7. We are commanded to love each other as Christ loves us.
“I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” - John 15:11-13

  8.  Forgive one another as the Lord forgave you.
“Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you have a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” - Colossians 3:13

  9.  Be devoted to one another, think of others as higher than you.
“Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” - Romans 12:10

  10.  Lift spirits during tough times, put others first.
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of others.” - Philippians 2:3-4
Though I have fallen short in these, I am so grateful for His love and concise instruction, and I wish to please Him by obeying. There have been times in my life when having a Christian friend to talk to—who uplifts, encourages, and loves without end—has been a treasure to my heart. Life can be hard, but He wants us to live harmoniously and experience joy. I find devoting each day to Him and asking Him to walk with me through the day helps me to live life one day at a time. He is our true best friend.

I am happy to write a sweet summary on this topic:
May we strive to share each other’s burdens, encourage, and build each other up, always loving our friends knowing that two together are better than one. May we spur one another on toward love and good deeds, encouraging togetherness, serving one another humbly, loving as Christ loves us, forgiving, being devoted, honoring, lifting spirits in tough times, and living in peace.

“May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” - Romans 15:5-6
